fire tv 2 unboxing

We installed Kodi 15.1 on the new Amazon Fire TV 2 (2015). I did notice a difference in the way it handles videos in Kodi. Things loaded very quick normally it takes time or buffering would kick on immediately with some large HD sources. Due to the new hardware upgrades in the Amazon Fire TV 2, things seem to run more efficient. Remote is slightly larger but still feels like a quality remote. Next will be apps on the Amazon side and some rom testing. Stay tuned. I give the Amazon Fire TV 2 a thumbs up. Must buy if you do not have a set top box yet. Good way to start and you won’t be disappointed especially with the new expandable 128gb micro SD.

  1. Looking forward to the ROM review, I’m waiting for B&H to ship mine to Canada. I’m interested in how the new gaming controller performs and works with Mupen64 I’ve heard that the 1st gen was incompatible with Mupen64
